2. Permitted Use and Account Responsibilities
You agree to use ChatGraphs solely for lawful financial analysis, reporting, and business evaluation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur within your workspace.
3. Intellectual Property and User Content
Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all raw financial files, data points, and custom queries uploaded to the platform.
ChatGraphs Platform: The algorithms, UI designs, codebases, chart themes, and analytical workflows powering ChatGraphs are the exclusive intellectual property of ChatGraphs.
4. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
ChatGraphs provides automated software tools for data processing and visual analysis. ChatGraphs is not a chartered accountancy firm, audit practice, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. Output generated by the platform does not constitute statutory audit opinions, tax advice, or certified valuation statements. Users must exercise independent professional judgement. 5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. We provide a 14-day refund window on initial plan purchases if the software fails to satisfy your operational requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatGraphs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including financial trading losses or business interruptions.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
