How do file uploads work?
Each financial statement, trial balance, or spreadsheet you upload counts as one file upload. You can upload multiple periods in a single file.
What counts as a question?
Any natural language query you send to ChatGraphs about your financial data counts as one question. Follow-up questions within the same analysis session also count individually.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is planned. Contact us for details on annual commitments.
Is there a student or academic discount?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking for Indian customers. International customers can pay via credit card.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
