We collect information necessary to provide and optimize the ChatGraphs platform:

• Account Information: Name, professional email address, organization name, and billing details provided during registration.
• Financial Files and Data: Spreadsheets, trial balances, ledger extracts, CSVs, and associated account classifications uploaded to your workspace.
• Conversational Queries & Prompts: Natural language questions and instructions submitted through the chat interface to generate graphs and insights.
• Technical Metadata: Browser type, IP address, device telemetry, and log events collected strictly for security auditing and service reliability.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Parsing financial tables, mapping account hierarchies, and calculating financial ratios.
• Rendering interactive visualizations and compiling structured reports on your command.
• Providing workspace collaboration and permissions management within your authorized team.
• Preventing fraudulent usage, detecting malicious inputs, and maintaining server infrastructure.

4. AI Processing and Model Isolation

When you submit natural language queries regarding your financial data, contextual summaries are processed by secure enterprise AI endpoints. These interactions are transient and strictly bound by zero-data-retention agreements where external inference is required. Your proprietary financial records are never added to shared training corpora.

5. Data Storage and Security

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain total control over your uploaded files and generated analyses. You can delete individual files, conversation histories, or entire workspaces at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, data is removed from primary databases immediately and purged from secure backup archives within 30 days.
